Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to gain unauthorised access, to disrupt or damage the site, or to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading. We may change or withdraw content at any time without notice.
Our service model
Engagements begin with a scoping consultation. The deliverable of that consultation is a written scope, a milestone map, and a pricing shape — not a commitment to build. It is produced as described on the Contact and Approach pages.
Any build, automation, or AI-agent work that follows is custom-scoped and is governed by a written scope that we both sign before the work begins. That signed scope, together with these Terms, forms the agreement for that engagement.
Milestones and changes
Project work is divided into milestones, each agreed in the written scope with its own deliverable and price. If you ask for work outside the written scope, we will price the change before it starts and agree it in writing. A change may affect the timeline and the total price.
Handover
Each build ships with code, documentation, and tests (where applicable) at handover, so the work is yours to run and maintain.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the project deliverables produced for you under the written scope, subject to any third-party or open-source licences that apply to components used in the work.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, tools, templates, and know-how, and may reuse them in other work. Nothing in these Terms transfers those to you.
Fees and payment
Fees for the scoping consultation and for each milestone are set out in the written scope or otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due on the dates stated in that agreement. If payment is not received when due, we may pause work until it is.
No guarantees beyond the written scope
We will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care and in line with the written scope. We give no guarantee of any particular business outcome, revenue, or result beyond what is expressly stated in the written scope.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the amount you have paid for the work that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
