Who we are
This website is operated by Aremu Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a solo-builder consultancy run by Andrew Aremu, based in Manchester, United Kingdom.

What this site does
This is a static website. It runs no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking, and it sets no non-essential cookies or other browser storage. See our Cookie Policy.
The data we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the project-intake form on the contact page. That form asks for:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company or organisation;
- the service line you select;
- a brief description of your project; and
- optionally, how you heard about us.
We collect the minimum information we need to respond to your enquiry, and nothing more.
How we use your data and our lawful basis
We use the data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to work with us, to take steps toward entering into a contract (for example, preparing a written scope, milestone map, and pricing shape).
Our lawful basis is that this processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. When you submit the contact form, you also confirm your consent to this use through the consent checkbox.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only:
- where the law requires it or in response to a valid legal request; or
- with trusted service providers (processors) who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary and under appropriate safeguards.
In particular, submissions to the contact form are routed through FormSubmit, our form-delivery processor, so that your enquiry reaches us by email.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data (rectification);
- ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances (erasure);
- ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- receive your data in a portable format where applicable (portability);
- object to processing that relies on legitimate interests; and
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are not satisfied with how we handle your data.
Cookies
We set no non-essential cookies and run no analytics. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
