If the fit call goes well, the next step is the scoping consultation: a working session that produces a defined problem statement, a proposed architecture direction, a scope and milestone sketch, and a pricing shape. That is the product you are buying first; everything after it is a decision you make with that information in writing.
The scoping consultation is a fixed-scope discovery/audit: £500-£2,500 depending on depth, credited back against any signed build of £3,000+.
After handover (optional): care plans and pass-through running costs, described at handover and never sold as a squeeze in the consultation.
