Refund Policy

Scoping consultation

The scoping consultation is a fixed-price engagement. Its deliverable is a written scope, a milestone map, and a pricing shape. If we do not deliver that deliverable as described, you are entitled to a full refund of the consultation fee.

Bespoke and digital project work

Project work is custom-scoped and only begins after you and Aremu Consulting Ltd both sign a written scope. Because the work is made to your requirements (bespoke digital services), your statutory right to cancel may be limited once work has begun with your agreement, in line with UK rules for bespoke and digital services.

Milestones

Work is divided into milestones, each with its own price. Refunds are handled per milestone:

• Not started — if you have paid for a milestone that has not begun, you are entitled to a refund of that milestone’s fee (pro-rata where applicable).
• Started or completed — once work on a milestone has begun, the fee for that milestone is not refundable, except where we have failed to deliver what the written scope describes.

How to request a refund

Write to us at Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, or submit an inquiry through the contact page, with your name, the engagement, and the milestone or consultation you are asking about. We will respond as set out in the written scope, or within a reasonable time.
